If the customer fails to contact us about any problems they have with our policies before they place their purchase, the issue will not be addressed or resolved.
** CUSTOMERS WARNING **
Emails about preorder production will be answered the very first time that a customer sends us an email about how long the production of a particular product may take and when expected delivery times are scheduled to happen. HOWEVER, any customer who emails us 2 or more times about how long an order will take to arrive to them, will automatically have their order refunded and you will not have the ability to receiving their desired product due to the customer not abiding to our shipping times and preorder process which is detailed vividly below on all products that will be collecting preorders. Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping time: After processing, your order will be shipped via the carrier you selected. The estimated transit time for your chosen shipping method is provided at checkout.
